Shipping policy

Media mail shipping is a flat $4 per order, with free media mail shipping for orders over $40. We ship daily, Monday through Friday. All items ordered before 8am EST M-F will be shipped that business day. Items ordered after 8am or on weekends will be shipped by the next business day. 

To maintain low shipping rates, we use a combination of DHL and the US Postal service to get your package to you. DHL takes it across the country to the closest USPS sorting center to your address, then hands it off to the postal service to deliver to you. The DHL tracking number works with both the UPSP tracking system and the DHL ecommerce tracking system. Orders shipped media mail can take two weeks to arrive, depending on the area of the country and the amount of mail the USPS is handling at the time.
